PICK OF THE WEEK

by KC Davis, LPC

Who hasn't felt a bit like they're drowning in the last couple years? This book is geared toward folks with executive dysfunction and is a brief but useful guide to figuring out how to make your home work for you when you have a hard time getting to work on your home. Anyone who has ADHD or lives with someone who does will appreciate this book, but I think the reminders that tidiness has no moral value & that a system that works for you is great, whether or not it's what you see on Pinterest, are useful for all of us.
